Yes we do. Infact not only do we test the products, the manufacturer’s quality control team also test the products during the manufacturing process.
All products sold by SaveMyLight International go through a functionality and safety test, which lasts around 20 minutes.
During this time all functions of the product are tested. We are so strict in our procedures that the slightest fluctuation with any aspect of a product will fail our quality control standards and be returned to the manufacturer.

Please note we do not accept purchases for refund after the 14 day Cancellation Period.
This does not include products within the 14 day Cancellation Period that have been confirmed by us as faulty.
How long does it take to recieve my item?
For all deliveries we aim to despatch the same day subject to an order being received before the cut off time of 1.30pm.
If ordered after the cut of time the item will be despatched the next working day.
UK delivery times are subject to Royal Mail’s delivery times.
International delivery times exclude Customs asssessment and clearance.
We have no weekend or Bank Holiday collections.
What guarantee do I receive with a purchase?
All products come with a 1 year guarantee against faulty components and manufacturing workmanship.
The safety cut out (SCO) is excluded from the guarantee as this is not a manufacturing defect.
