I am emailing to say thank you for saving my light. Its wonderful to find a company solely dedicated to saving people’s lights.
David & Steve helped me with my light that had a continuous fault. In my frustration i kept buying transformers only to blew them up without realising i was damaging them.
David advised what the problem may be and low and behold my electrician found a damaged wire earthing to the metal of the light fitting. Overtime the wire must’ve got hot and melted the wire to the light fitting.
My electrician removed the damaged wire and now the light works.
I will be back when i need more halogen bulbs. Yours are so cheap.
