Searching for a driver for my kitchen pendant light, I found your website and was able to order a replacement.
I’m pleased to say that it works fine and I think what the company is doing to save lights deserves praise.
It seemed to me that the unit sent was a refurbished one and wondered if it would be useful for me to send the faulty one for refurbishment rather than take it to the tip (small electricals).

Thank you for your kind comments. I wish everyone was like you. We aim to please and save as many light fittings as possible.
We do not sell refurbished, second hand, used or reject stock. Once a product has failed regretfully we cannot repair it.
Many of the PCB components are from China.
