The reviews left on google and other review sites make absolutely no sense because i did not receive any service remotely like that. Infact the complete opposite.

Thank you for your kind comments.
Unfortunately the review sites you mention only show one side of the story and if we had time to reply you would see that the other side of the story no where near mirrors the poster’s negative review.
What matters to us is the near 400 reviews sent to us over the years to our website which includes hand written letters and customer’s images of their light fitings as well as their positive reviews.
In this day and age a minority of customers use these sites to vent their anger and frustration at not receiving what they want, not to mention failing to truthfully explain what actually happened.
It was a delight to assist you.
