Apologies for becoming irate. I just wanted my light fitting to work having spent nearly 40 pounds on a new transformer.
I did not read the guidance sheet that came with the product. It answered the issue i had and infact it has been well written to answer all issues. I will keep the notes as they are very informative.
Now i understand the uphill battle you have with customers in my situation.
