Just a quick note to say thank you for the prompt delivery of the HUIBOLONG HTV160C1 Electronic Transformer.
I fitted the transformer to replace a faulty HUIBOLONG HTV160C1 transformer (with the old black case) in a 10-year old WOFI ceiling light. I am delighted that it is working perfectly.
The light manufacturer, WOFI Leuchten GMBH of Germany, no longer manufacture or support these ceiling lights as they are out of warranty. Your business is aptly named. It would have been a shame to throw away / recycle a perfectly viable light just because the electronics in the transformer had developed a fault. Thank you for helping me save my light.
I particularly appreciate the very detailed product information and advance notice on your website warning me about the change to the dimensions of the new replacement transformer as this allowed me to check there would still be enough clearance around the transformer inside the light housing after fitting. It just fitted in the space available. If the light housing had been any smaller, the larger transformer would have been a show stopper. It was good to know all that before ordering.
Just one thing I wanted to mention, just in case it is an issue, I did not receive any email order confirmation, despatch or delivery messages. There was nothing in my junk email folder. This is not a problem for me as the item arrived quickly, in fully working condition and I have the printed invoice and instructions. I only mention it in case you have an email system that may not be working as expected. You have my correct email address on your system as shown on the printed invoice.

That email reduced me to tears and put a smile on my face and no doubt my customer service ladies will also be the same.
It is so lovely to receive this type of email as it means our procedures for processing, shipment and despatch are working as they should.
I wrote the Guidance Notes (many years ago) to try and cover everything however 95% of customers throw them away without reading them and when something happens they have no paperwork to refer to.
We always try to update products if something changes to alert customers before purchase.
In relation to our email system and you not receiving orders, 3 emails were sent (see below) but I will have IT check the system.
