I want to commend the assistance of your service staff member Jane.
An older man I may be, who is hard of hearing and find ordering on the internet very difficult.
Jane patiently took me step by step through the order process and was there until completion of the order.
On the day the goods arrived I was contacted by Jane on the telephone to check the order had arrived.
I cannot remember the last time in 20 years that any company was so helpful going beyond normal customer service.
To find a company with decent morals is like a jewel in a rare crown.
