It is with profound regret that SaveMyLight has had to remove some payment options available to certain countries.
We have recently been affected and seen a growing trend in fraudulent sales from a select few countries which have involved goods being delivered and then a reversal of funds by various banking institutions.
Buyers have also been changing the delivery address directly with the courier without our knowledge and subsequently reverse billing us for the address change.
We now have procedures in place with our courier to refuse all change of delivery address requests.
The countries affected by the removal of some payment options are:
Russia
Australia
New Zealand
Nigeria
Phillipine Islands
Various Middle Eastern countries
SaveMyLight will notify customers in the future should the above change.
In the meantime we apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope customers will understand the need to protect our company from these fraudulent sales.
