If you are returning goods they MUST be REGISTERED with us first BEFORE returning and our returns procedures followed.
A copy of the invoice must be included with the goods so we know who the package belongs to.
Items returned without an invoice will be held for 30 days and then disposed of if the customer remains unknown after this time.
