Hello Steve,
I have just received a telephone call on a SUNDAY from David in your tech support.
He spent nearly 30 minutes on the telephone assisting me with a transformer that is not working correctly. The bulbs were flashing.
He asked me to check the bulbs which I did whilst he was on the line.
It turns out that I have 2 rogue bulbs that I think my wife put into the light fitting so David said I was over the maximum rating of the product and he was absolutely spot on.
I put the correct bulbs in and the light fitting worked instantly.
